Correction of creation

We must know

that there is the matter of the purpose of creation
and the matter of

 The correction of creation.

The purpose of creation

is to do good to its creations,

meaning that the creatures

will receive delight and pleasure.

It turns out that the more pleasure they receive,

the more the Creator enjoys.

Therefore,

the one who is in a degree of fullness always wants to receive more delight and pleasure.

As explained, this is the purpose of creation –

to do good to His creations.

But one who has reached the degree of bestowing in order to bestow which is adhesion and equivalence of form,

still only in the correction of creation

This means that the creation must reach a state where they

receive delight and pleasure and after receiving all the pleasures,

they will still remain in bestowal.

This is called "receiving in order to bestow".

Baruj Shalom HaLeví Ashlag (Rabash II) Can Something Negative Come Down from Above

However, in between, it is a long and threatening exile.

The main problem is that when one sees some wrongful action,

he falls from his degree

(and clings to the famous lie and forgets that he is like an ax in the hand of the cutter).

Instead,

one thinks of himself as the owner of this act

and forgets the reason for all the consequences from whom everything comes,

and that there is no other operator in the world but Him.

This is the lesson.

Although he knew it at first, still, at the time of need,

he will not control this awareness to attribute everything to the cause,

which sentences to the side of merit.

Yehuda Leib Ha-Levi Ashlag (Baal HaSulam)/Letters 1

However, great preparation is required,

which is to walk in all His ways.

Yet, who knows the ways of the Creator?
Indeed, this is the meaning of the “Torah that has 613 ways.”
He who walks on them will finally be purified until his body no longer
forms an iron partition between him and his Maker,

It turns out that there are three discernments:

1) Israel is one who exerts to return to his root;

2) The Creator, namely the root he longs for;

3) The 613 ways of the Torah by which one purifies one’s soul and body.

This is the spice,

As it is written:

 “I have created the evil inclination;

I have created for it the Torah as a spice.”

Yehuda Leib Ha-Levi Ashlag (Baal HaSulam)/Letters 17

That power to heed the word of the sages in this reality  “faith,”

as it is not established at once

but through education, adaptation, and through work.

This is why this work is generally called “a robe,”

It is an overcoat,

“beyond” human conception,

and in which there is a combination,

as in the edges of the Kli,

which is where the yeast and the filth are collected.

During the training period, he is in a state of “to and fro,”

as are all those who seek the opening.

Go out and learn from the letters of this world,

that there is a sound only in trembling

as is sensed in the strings of a violin.

Due to the tension of the strings

there is trembling in the air

which is the sound, and nothing else

This is the meaning of “rejoice with trembling.”

 Our sages said,

“Where there is joy, there shall be trembling.”

Yehuda Leib Ha-Levi Ashlag (Baal HaSulam)/Letters 26

Therefore, the work of moving from reception

to bestowal is called the work in the heart.
